DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES
This Agreement has been signed with the provisions and provisions specified in the following sections.

3. SUBJECT
This Agreement has been awarded when the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts are drawn up in relation to the sale and delivery of the product with detailed electronic order information and the sales price of the BUYER on the website of the SELLER.
Prices listed and announced on the site are sales prices. Advertised prices and promises are valid until updated and changed. Prices announced for a period of time are valid for the specified period.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1. The BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes that the main features of the contract on the website of the SELLER, the sales price and payment method, as well as the preliminary information regarding the delivery, whether it has information or not, and the necessary confirmation to be stored in the electronic environment. of the BUYER; Confirming the Preliminary Information electronic system, before the distribution of the distance sales contract, the address to be lent to the BUYER by the SELLER, the basic features of the ordered products, the price within the non-perishable taxes, the receipt of payment and delivery accurately and completely, ensures the declaration and consistency. .

9.2. A product subject to a contract is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the regional BUYER or the BUYER for the period specified in the preliminary information section on the website, depending on the distance from the BUYER’s place of residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If it is not delivered to the BUYER within this period, the BUYER reserves the right to terminate the contract.

9.3. The SELLER, the product subject to the contract is complete, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, and if any, warranty documents, user manual, everything is delivered with the necessary information and documents, free from all kinds of defects, in a sound, divided manner according to the requirements of the legal legislation, within the principles of honesty and integrity. It declares and undertakes to provide performance, to increase the protection of service standards, to show the necessary attention and care during the performance of everything, to act with prudence and vision.

9.4. The SELLER may supply a different product with equal quality and price by informing the BUYER and obtaining its explicit approval before the contractual performance obligation expires.
