– You can return the purchased products within 14 days of the delivery date.
– You can send your request via info@gonulal.com or to our customer service line at +90 (312) 466 8525.
– The original parcel and packaging to be returned must be intact.
– Return process costs and shipping costs belong to the buyer.
– They will help you to hide your customers.
– You must deliver your product in its original packaging to the address where the customer will specify the size of our consumption.
– Refunds cannot be made for specially produced (color and size change) furniture.
